Although we have livedin old town Key West for many years, we have not forgot our routeswhen it comes to BBQ.  My kids suggested we added this to our menu, since we have seen BBQ restaurants come and go here.  I grew up on Beale Street and still have many friends there who owned restaurants and we take our BBQ very seriously.

Slow Cooked Memphis Pulled Pork Sandwich - Cooked 8 to 10 hours after marinating in our homemade dry rub overnight.  Served topped with homemade BBQ Sauces, then topped with our homemade Coleslaw.  Served on a large grilled bun.
 
We also offer slow cook pulled Chicken Sandwiches.
 
Served until gone and they do go.
