This gourmet blend is based around 100% Arabica Brazlian Coffee beans. We then blend in Sumatra for a full bottom, Colombian to add a clean taste to the Sumatra, which can sometimes taste earthy, then a touch of Indian Monsoon, which helps mellow the end of the cup and add richness. The roast profile is Dark, so there is no burnt aftertaste. You will be offered a beautiful crema, with a rich and slightly sweet body ending very smooth.

This blend works great as an espresso or may be enjoyed as an autodrip. We enjoy this drink around the shop as an Americano.

To make a Cuban Espresso. First add 2 to 4 raw sugar package to your cup, then add Island Joes Shark Bite.
