Island Joes Hot Sauces where born when we begin baking Chicken Florentine, Chicken Mediterranean, plus our
Panini and Sandwich Wraps It took awhile, but we wanted a Spicy Caribbean Mustard Sauce to serve as a side,
so after about a year of research, we created Island Joes Spicy Caribbean
Mustard Sauce, which we offer daily at our Cafe in old town Key West, Florida.

Key Lime Pies at island Joe’s Cafe
A local lady came to our store shortly after we started baking our homemade
Key Lime Pies and said there use to be a lady who lived in Bahama Village
who baked Key Lime Pies for some of the local restaurants, she also said our
Key Lime Pie was on her level. Since that time we have been told by many
locals and tourist our Key Lime Pie was better or just a good as any on the
island. Like our coffee and pastries, we use fresh ingredents and keep things
very simple, letting Mother Nature take the lead.
