History
From our humble beginning of
home roasting to roasting at our
gas station in the Florida Keys,
where the world first
discovered our coffee,
IJS has continued to roast

coffee and espresso blends in

many locals and visitors to the
Keys tasted our coffee, they
begin asking for some to take
home or be shipped to them,
hence the
birth of our online store
