There are several variations on how to make a Cuban mix sandwich and we feel we have taken ours up a notch without loosing authentic flavors.  And living in Key West for many years, we have many Cuban friends and most have told us, they enjoy our Cuban Sandwiches.

 

We like to grill our meats a little before completing our Cuban mix sandwich, which we feel helps blend the flavors a little more than most.
