It is hot in Key West and our Ice Coffee and Latte Drinks are must have in Key West. We have taught many visitors to our cafe how to make iced coffee drinks, so they taste at home, just like they do at our cafe in old town Key West, Florida.

 

1) Buy a bag of 90 Mile Stretch Espresso

2) Order you bag of 90 Mile with an Espresso Grind

3) Using you home 12 cup coffee maker, add 2.5oz of 90 Mile Stretch Espresso

4) Fill you coffee pot to 12 cups

5) Brew

6) Pour in a Tea Pitcher

7) Let this brew sit out until room temperature

8) Place you room temperature brew in the refrigerator

9) Let it chill several hours

10) Now you are ready

 

A) Ice Coffee - Fill your cup with ice and pour your 90 Mile Stretch Espresso over ice and enjoy

 

B) Iced Latte

  1) Fill your cup with ice

  2) Pour your chiled 90 Mile Stretch Espresso over the ice, until the cup is 75% to 80% (you can tweak this ratio to suit   your taste

  3) Pour milk, 2% or soy into your cup

  4) Mix well and enjoy.

 

Note: If you like your cold drinks blended, then put your completed mix in your blender or for a fast blended Ice Latte, just use crushed ice.
