Typographical Errors
In the event that a Island Joe's Coffee product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Island Joe's Coffee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Island Joe's Coffee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Island Joe's Coffee shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Island Joe's Coffee without notice at any time, for any reason. Use of Site

Impersonation of others, including a Island Joe's Coffee or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Island Joe's Coffee, Island Joe's Coffee has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Island Joe's Coffee. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Island Joe's Coffee seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

 

Returning Coffee and/or Espresso, including any other items produced by Island Joe's Coffee

If you feel, within one week, you have receive a batch of improper roasted coffee and/or espresso, then return us the product, which we will cup it and if we, solely, determine, your batch was not roasted properly, we will replace you item and pay shippin. No cash refunds. You may not return, because you did not like it.

 

Return Policy on Home Coffee Markers - In most cases, you can return items within 20 days from the ship date.

To qualify, simply initiate the return within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap where applicable). The supplier must receive your item back within 30 days of when it was originally shipped it to you. Please allow 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.

The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.

All non-defective merchandise will be credited at original invoice price less freight and handling charges and restocking fees of 15%.

Generally, product exchange is not an option. For exchanges, simply place a duplicate order once the original is returned.

We cannot accept the return of certain items, including: swimming suits, undergarments, body jewelry, software, factory-sealed sports collectible sets, cigars, wines, and perishable products (food items, chocolates, plants & flowers). Other select items, as noted on the product detail page.
