Coming to your Publix Store
We have hired a Food Broker.
As many know over the years we have
been doing business with Publix, which
is a great company, but have had our
problems keeping the stores stock.
Many have emailed us and even told us
on their visits to our café in old town
Key West.
So what does a Food Broker do for us
and you?
Simply put - they have teams who visit
Publix stores daily, making sure our
product is in stock.
We started a year ago with great
distribution, but we need help, hence
the Food Broker.
Our Food Broker is
customers included Arizona, Castella,
Hormel Foods, Tabasco and more. So
we are very excited about this
opportunity, again we need your help.
They have assured us they will get us
stocked at Publix and keep us stocked.
But first we would like to take care of
our existing customers - you!
Please fill out the form on the left,
which we will forwarded to Seidman,
who in turn will get and keep your Publix
stocked.
We also working with Kroger in the Atlanta Division - Below is an email we received from a Kroger
Customer.
The best coffee bar none I have ever had. I don't know how I have missed you all of these years, but now I have a
new favorite coffee. Seattle's Best was taken over by Starbucks and their blends have become bitter, slightly burnt in
flavor. No clue, and it is sad since Seattle's Best was superior to Starbucks in all ways. So do me a favor, do all the
stark raving coffee addicts around the globe a favor: don't sell out. Your product is excellent with no bitter finish and
is better off staying in the family. Thank you for being in business, and wish you many, many years of great success.

I lived in Key West from 1989-2011 and for the life of me don't know why it took me so long to find this man Joe but
to make a long story short his coffee changed my coffee life.. After a year or so of coffee bliss Joe had to move to a new
location where there was a delay in getting started due to building regulations in a city where you almost need a permit to
hang curtains.. I was in a panic because nothing in stores is even close and to coin his phrase "out of necessity" I
started studying roasting myself and glad I did because I don't live there now.. After books and internet study I bought a
fairly expensive home roaster and happy to say I can come close enough but I don't really suggest it to others.. Joe will
ship his to you fast enough that by the time you get it the beans will be properly rested and you can't get anything like it
from Charbucks or anyone else.. Kim J.
